What is the global Nursing program? The global Nursing program is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fixing the issues related to nursing shortages all over the world. Throughout the world, for example, there are refugee camps and some have been there for decades. We are setting up Modular Nursing Schools that will be based in the camps and that will allow us to train and equip refugees in their own languages to become fully licensed nurses.
Most nurses can't speak the diversity of languages in their own community. We will be working with Rosetta Stone and Pimsleur to create specific language immersion courses designed especially for nurses.
For many nurses, there are no resources available for continuing education or professional development. We are taking action to fix this on a global scale. This is just a small part of what we are doing at gNp.
